Do I need to know what treatment I want before I book?
Not at all. That's exactly what the consultation is for. Just tell us what you'd like to focus on and we'll take it from there. Most clients come in without a specific treatment in mind — and that's absolutely fine.
How does the consultation fee work?
The consultation is £50. If you go ahead with treatment, that £50 is deducted from your treatment cost — so it's essentially free. If you'd like more time to think, there's no pressure at all.
Will I be pressured to book a treatment on the day?
Never. Our consultations are genuinely pressure-free. We want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision — whether that's on the day or further down the line.
When are appointments available?
Our aesthetic nurses work Monday to Thursday. Use the booking link above to find a time that suits you.
I've never had an aesthetic treatment before — is that OK?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are first-timers. The consultation is designed as a safe, relaxed space to ask any questions, voice any worries, and understand what's involved — before any decisions are made.
